The second factor is economics. It includes the structure of national economics, inflation level 
and currency stability, bank system, level of enterprise independence, market infrastructure 
development, price level and market current situation (sales, investments, equipment, raw 
materials, labor forces).
The third factor is science and the level of its development. It means the level of fundamental 
and applied science, IT level, industrial and know - how technology, energy power and transport 
systems, communication.
And climate and nature recourses factor is also important. 
Finally, SWOT - analysis is discussed in detail. SWOT - analysis means Strengths, 
Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats. The results of SWOT analysis may be used to develop 
strategic and marketing plans.
So, opportunities of the external environment are compared with strong and weak aspects: 
 
which of the opportunities of the external environment can be effectively used at the expense 
of the existing strengths of the company (development priorities, supported competitive 
advantages); 
 
which of the opportunities of the external environment are not used because of the 
weaknesses of the company; 
 
undistributed opportunities of the external environment. 
The threats of the external environment are correlated with the strengths and weaknesses of the 
company: 
 
which of the threats of the external environment can be compensated by the strengths of the 
company; 
 
which weaknesses of the company can manifest themselves and significantly affect the 
market position of the company in case of threats of the external environment; 
 
unallocated external environment threats. 
WBS is also important. WBS means Work Breakdown Structure. It is a hierarchy structure of 
step by step project decomposition of operation elements of the project.
WBS is a basic means to create the system of the project management as it helps to solve the 
tasks of work process, to delegate responsibility, to calculate the cost, to create finance report 
system, to collect data about the results, to present the results in the management system.
In conclusion, it is worth saying that project management course development seems to be 
effective as interdisciplinary approach to teach foreign students was applied.
