Anotation: this article is briefly covered about the phenomena of mental 
development of children with hearing impairment, changes that occur in the 
psyche of such children. 
Keyword: weak hearing, cochlear, acoustic, deformity, psychic state.
Hearing disorders are caused by various infectious diseases in children. 
Meningitis, scormotics, otitis media, influenza can be classified among 
infectious-infectious diseases. Hearing disorders are caused by damage to the 
inner, middle, outer ears. If the inner ear and ear nerve are scalloped, deafness 
is observed in most cases, and hearing loss is observed if the middle ear is 
damaged. The high frequency of sound tassurots during the school period can 
lead to a decrease in hearing, as well as a high frequency of hearing. An 
important role is also played by the unfavorable continuation of the fetus to 
the occurrence of hearing defects in the child, viral diseases of the mother 
(measles, flu). Eavesdropping

sensation, the circumference of the auditory nerve, chimic poisoning, trauma

Hearing function disorders are mostly common in infancy. L.V.Neylan 
(1959) acknowledges that 70% of hearing disorders are observed in the child 
at the age of 2-3 years. In the later years of a child's life, there is little hearing 
loss. Occupational factors are also of great importance in the occurrence of 
hearing disorders. In the deaf family, more deaf children are born than in the 
hearing family. Also, a large difference between the age of close relatives and 
the age of the couple can also cause hearing disorders. Children with hearing 
impairment are also observed in vodka-bearing parents, families with different 
chromasoma of kensok disease (pilot and diver). Foreign and Russian statistics 
show that the number of children with hearing impairment is increasing. 
According to research carried out in different countries, 4-6% of the Earth's 
mind has a hearing impairment and feels ecstatic about physical 
communication. In these, 2% have a double hearing decrease, and perceive 
speech speech from 3 meters to speech, while 4% have a one-way deafness.
In order for children with hearing impairment to correctly understand the 
features of mental development, it is important to diagnose them in time
choose an educational institution, and the classification of these children plays 
an important role in organizing this process. Classification of persons with 
hearing impairment surdopedagog and doctors always
intrigued. In our country L.V.The classification proposed by Neumann 
(1961) is widespread. If the hearing impairment s spreads in the dioposome of

deafness occurs, and if partial hearing impairment the defect is manifested at 
a level of 15 dB to 80 dB. According to this classification, 3 groups of weak 
eavesdroppers are described. Hearing residue is classified into 4 groups

according to the level of retention: (125 to 2000 Hz, 125 to 1000 Hz, 125 to 
500 Hz, 125 to 250 Hz 
Pedagogical classification justifies various approaches to the education 
of children with hearing impairment. In our country R.M.The psycho-
pedagogical classification of boskis has an important place. On its basis, 
L.S.Vogotsky's doctrine of mental functions lies. Children with hearing 
impairment showed new indicators that the specificity of development 
manifests in itself. The degree of hearing insertion is the time of occurrence of 
hearing impairment, the degree of development of speech
in case of immortality to the indicated indicators, it classifies the 
following groups:
I-Children with hearing impairment. - This is the speech of children who 
are part of the group

On the basis of Psycho-pedagogical classification, stratified special 
education of children with hearing impairment is carried out. When directing 
a child to one or another educational institution, the level of speech 
development and hearing impairment of the child should be reduced.

are educated. The mental development of children with hearing 
impairments is a specific path of development itself, which is realized in the 
context of communication with the external world. Often hearing analyzer

Hearing impairment can occur on the basis of biological factors, on the

the nervous system and its tendency to congensation. The role of punctuation 
in hearing impairment is played by social factors – Family Education, 
emotional education, the level of education of parents, their relationship with 
specialists, their participation in correctional work. The general law in the 
mental development of all children shortens its organization by time: at 
different stages of a child's life, the content determined by the features of the 
formation of his own garter rhythm is determined by the process of educational 
upbringing of the child. The transition of mental development from one stage 
to another manifests itself in the deep formation of mental components, the 
peculiarity of the psychological period-ontogeny itself. The mental 
development of children is justified by the active formation of the brain at the 
causal stage. When moving from one age to another, the complexity of 
functional connections is observed. Therefore, the age period is characterized 
by high susceptibility to various pedagogical influences. These stages are 
known as cenzetiv. In the age period, a restructuring of communication and 
relationships, psychic functions is carried out.The presence of censitive stages 
is characterized by a strong educational impact on the mental functions that 
are now being formed. The censitive stage of the genitive stage in the 
development of speech (age from 3 years) plays a role in the mental correction 
of children with hearing impairment.

Hearing impairment is present in the laws of mental development of 
children, which lag behind mental development, are characteristic of the laws 
of mental development of children. Children with developmental disabilities 
experience difficulties in communicating with the surrounding muxit, in which 
the features of the development of personality and self – awareness begin to 
manifest. The mental development of children with various disorders, defects 
is taxable, L.V.In the definition of vigotsky it follows from a taxile constructed 
from a defect structure. The primary defect is in this place-hearing impairment 
leads to secondary, tertiary defects. Secondary disorders are manifested in a 
similar state during infancy, preschool age for various reasons. Secondary 
defects become systemic in Nature, changing the structure of functional 
interactions.
