endoecology. Exoecology-analyzes the impact of external environmental 
factors (space, magnetosphere, gravity, solar radiation, climate, atmosphere, 
hydrosphere)on human health 
Endoecology is the biological potential of an organism's internal 
environment in its biorhythmic, chronorhythmic state. This is the concept of a 
clean (healthy) organism. It carries out the tasks of consuming clean products, 
cleaning the body (organs, blood system, lymphatic system)from slags. The 
most fundamental issues of ecological valeology are reflected in human hatti 
ruins in healthy territory, extramural conditions. Pedagogical valeology. 
Statistics testify to an objective decrease in the level of health of children in 
the last 10 years. Such a situation makes the internal situation mandatory from 
a lot of humor, in accordance with the readers:

The valeological activity of the teacher, its purpose, is reflected in the 
creation of the valeological space in the educational institution. To achieve 
this goal, teachers must have solved the following tasks:
1. The educational process in connection with the goals of humanitarian 
education

2. Generating sustainable motivations for Wellness in students
as well as teaching them to a healthy lifestyle.
3. To create an educational environment in which health is maintained.
4. General culture in the reader and its integral part-health
formation of culture
5. Formation of ensuring the health of students 
From a health point of view, pedogogical technology should be increased 
to AMA in accordance with specific tamoils:
1) to the young – sexual and individual-typological self of students
identity accounting;
2) taking into account the level of wellness;
3) taking into account the intermediate state and level of reliability of the 
organism;
4) Prevention of mental strain and severe fatigue of students,
as well as the activation of reliability enhancement mechanisms;
5)generate learning motives and a passion for self-education (self-
education). In addition to the principled rules mentioned above, the 
characteristic principles of pedogogical technology developments regarding 
health conditions a number of requirements that clarify educational 
technologies that have a positive effect on the state of the organism of students:

To educational technologies:
Neurolinguistic programming (NLP) - the methodology of NLD (NLP) 
activates figurative emotional perception, allows you to harmonize and 
individualize the educational process. Socionics-studies the socio-
psychological typology of people and interpersonal relationships. Woldorf 
pedagogy involves an individual approach to the educational process by means 
of harmonizing the ability and talent of the child and realizing the picture of 
the universe, taking into account the temperaments of students, which provide 
specifics in the methodology for organizing education and upbringing. Family 
valeology studies the role and role of the family and its members in shaping 
their health. It seems that this branch of valeology is of great importance in the 
period from the formation of health-from the preparation of the child for 
childbirth, to the upbringing of a conscious attitude to health.
The first constitution of independent Uzbekistan clearly defines the legal 
framework of free civil society in our republic, which concerns the protection 
of human, family rights, the preservation of the health of citizens in the 
necessary conditions for the formation of the health of the younger generation. 
Thus, over the past period, a specific example of the idea of raising a 
healthy generation has been created, and this template has spread to and been 
supported by many countries. In recent years, the healthy gene pool of the 
population has become a partner in their mood in this case, if they are treated 
seriously by various diseases, including great interest, the child is added to

Annotation: for Human Development and maturation as a perfect 
person, it is necessary that all its members have a healthy and full-fledged 
functioning. Unfortunately, not all human beings are healthy in every way. 
Nevertheless, individuals with different defects strive for perfection. These 
include fearless blind individuals. 
Keyword: Natural Science, material,special education, specialized state 
educational institution for children with special educational needs 
It is known that a violation of the activity of one analyzer causes a 
violation of other analyzers. 
Due to the violation of the activity of the visual analyzer, the speech 
development of blind and weak-sighted children has its own characteristics, 
which are reflected in speech (exolalia, "formalism", violation of the word 
category, etc.) . Analysis of the development of speech in children with visual 
impairment shows that in many of them systemic defects are observed, and 
sufficient components of speech are impaired (phonetics, lexicon, 
grammar).Currently, the correlation of speech deficit in blind and weak-
sighted children with complex impairment and poor speech and visual activity 
has been proven in theoretical and practical research.
