THE MAIN STAGES OF PREPARING FUTURE

According to the world experience, there is a special need for improving the methodological competence of teachers, including the development of effective models of the most optimal methods of implementing the educational process, the organization and implementation of an innovative educational environment. The future educator must focus his methodological competence activities on a specific goal and fulfill the following conditions in order to achieve this goal. 1. On the basis of an innovative approach, the future teacher should be able to adapt to the conditions of classes in an educational institution and to students undergoing a qualified pedagogical practice in his specialty. 2. The educator must develop the following qualities in a certain purpose and order: - support students ' aspirations, new ideas, innovation interests, focus on their spiritual needs; - establish an emotional relationship with students, positively influence their mental and practical activities. 3. The future teacher should master the teaching methodology of such subjects as pedagogy, psychology, youth physiology and hygiene, pedagogical technology. 4. The future teacher should improve his pedagogical skills and choose the most effective methods of the self-improvement system, work with the correct choice of economic process and economic objects. https://sciencepromotion.uz 5. It is necessary to use an innovative approach, practical exercises to improve their knowledge individually or collectively in accordance with them, taking into account the existing conditions of future pedagogical psychologists. To do this, he: - the desire to manage the process of creative search on the basis of an innovative approach; - it should be borne in mind that the effectiveness of creative search based on the innovation approach depends on the pedagogical, psychological and theoretical training of the teacher. According to psychologist scientists, in the development of spiritual and mental competence, the innovational approach of the educator plays a large role, since attention, observability, emotion, perception, memory, thinking, imagination, willpower and other processes are mobilized in the innovational approach. The analysis shows that the combination of motivations for innovative activities is associated with a high level of claims, and the methodological training of students creates the most favorable conditions for the successful implementation of educational activities. Keywords: speech impairment, vocabulary, photo, educator, vocabulary enrichment. Raising the vocabulary of children with speech impairments has been one of the pressing issues of special pedagogy. The word is the most basic raw material of speech. Madomiki is such that one of the most basic requirements is to bring children into the treasury of words, to be happy with this treasure. This complex task cannot be carried out without a competent work on the word. Analysis of observations with children with speech impairments shows that they experience difficulties and errors in understanding the meaning of words denoting objects and states, cannot even indicate objects that are rare in their life experiences. Therefore, it is important to work on enriching the active vocabulary of children in a special kindergarten at the expense of unfamiliar and difficult words for them. The work of expanding the vocabulary of children with speech impairments in preschool age is carried out on the basis of familiarization with the universe that surrounds it.
