The practical significance of the master's thesis work: is that the criteria, levels, and indicators for improving the professional motivation of future teachers-pedagogues are clarified;
- new technologies of "Education of staging and creative activities of children" will be introduced for preschool educational institutions;
- technologies for improving the professional motivation of future teachers-pedagogues will be developed.
The main resulc of the master's thesis work:
that the methods and approaches used in the work are scientifically and methodologically based, that they are based on the researches of scientisc and practitioners of the republic and foreign countries on the theory of knowledge, that the research methods are selected in accordance with the dissertation tasks, that the resulc of experimental and test work are confirmed by means of mathematical and statistical methods, that the conclusions and recommendations are of a scientific and practical nature is determined by having
It is also explained that the content of the concept of "development of professional motivation", the general structure of professional motivation, the system of basic and special componenc, the pedagogical and psychological aspecc of the formation of professional motivation of future teachers-pedagogues, the didactic support of the technology of professional motivation formation has been improved and based.
