ANNOTATION of master's dissertation on "TECHNOLOGIES FOR INCREASING THE PROFESSIONAL MOTIVATION OF FUTURE TEACHERS-EDUCATORS IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS"

The object of the master's thesis work:the process of improving the professional motivation of studenc of preschool education in pedagogical higher educational institutions.
The purpose of the master's thesis work: improve the technologies of formation of professional motivation of future educators-pedagogues of the preschool educational organization.
The method of master's thesis work:
Theoretical (retrospective analysis, analytical-statistical), diagnostic (interview, observation, questionnaire, test, classification), prognostic (summarization of independent evaluations, expert evaluation), mathematical and pedagogical experiment (mathematical-statistical analysis of data, graphical representation of resulc ) processing based on methods.
Scientific novelty of the master's thesis work:
- Pedagogical necessity and features of formation of professional motivation of future teachers-pedagogues are determined based on giving priority to professional competence, systematic assimilation of educational technologies into the content of the educational process of preschool education;
- The didactic possibilities of using child-oriented educational technologies in the formation of the professional motivation of studenc of preschool education are revealed based on the algorithmic design of training integration and the transcendental use of individual, frontal and collective forms of differential approach to education;
- The model of formation of professional motivation of future teachers-pedagogues will be improved on the basis of the sequence (algorithm) of educational processes to ensure the dialectical connection between the didactic system of formation of professional motivation and the categories of motivation such as creative and purposeful activity, social relations, need, desire;
- The software and didactic support of the technology of forming the professional motivation of future teachers-pedagogues will be improved taking into account the comprehensive design of the educational process based on variability and the social order consisting of educational standards and qualification requiremenc in relation to the cognitive activity of the teacher-pedagogue.
