MIRMO’G’UL (or Amir Mo’g’ul, Mo’g’ulbek) Eng. Mughul Beg) -It is a name of a historic person lived in the XV ^th century. He was the ruler of Khwajand province. He came from Samarkand as an ambassador of Muhammad Mazid Tarkhan. He also was mature poet of his time who wrote poems in Turkic language. His poem was cited in “Tarihi Rashidiy” as:
Olma olamniki, olamda base g’amlar bor,
Ol ko’ngil mulkiniyu, ko’rki ne olamlar bor.
He told his poem to Shaibani-khan and Shaibani-khan said: “when Firdausi read “Shahnama” consisting of 60000 lines to Sultan Mahmud Ghaznavi, the latter gifted his money of 30000 dinars, you told me only one line so I would give you 60000 shahrukhia moneys”. Mughul Beg got the money. Like other citizens of Herat city, Shaikh Puran, a well-known religious representative of his time, who was living in the city was taxed with 60 000 coins. So Mughul Beg paid the money from Shaibani-khan for tax of Shaikh Puran. Later the fact was concealed and every one priced Mughul Beg.

MIRONSHOH ((or Amironshoh Mirzo) Eng. Miran-Shakh) (1366-1408) – He was the third son of Amir Temur. His mother was Menglibek Aghai Joniqurbani. He was set as ruler of Khurasan in 1380 and since 1393 was ruler of Iraq and Azerbaijan. He disturbed Amir Temur with some dishonest affairs and he was rejected all his privileges in 1399 and replaced by Mirza Umar. Miran-Shakh Mirzo lived at his son, Abubakr Mirza’s palace in Diyarbakr. He was killed in the battle with Qara Yusuf in 1408. Babur mentioned his name while counting his own ancestors. [“B”, on folio 6 b].
