EMBROIDERY THREAD 
Threads for embroidery are made of cotton fiber, silk, wool, as well as precious 
metals in the form of fibers, leather in the form of belts or ribbons. 
Multi is made of high quality cotton. Floss is made of 6 or 12 layers, 10-12 
meters long, such babins are also used in knitting. Silk threads are made 
extracted from natural silkworm or synthetic way. Silk threads can be both white 
and colored. The thickness of the bobbin reaches from 50 to 200 meters. 
Iris-is made from raw cotton of the highest grade, they are wound in two 
layers. These threads embroider rough embroidery. The thinner the thread the 
embroidery turns thin and refined. The local population for embroidery makes 
silk of natural or natural cultivation, makes, paints and weaves zhamalak 
(zhamalak is the special wound long ropes in the form of braids, is used for 
braiding of braids). 
UZBEK NATIONAL EMBROIDERY 
Uzbek national embroidery is one of the oldest forms of applied art, it has 
been growing for several thousand years and continues to this day. National 
embroidery developed in all regions of the country, in each region, district
village, everywhere their own styles and traditions. For example, Bukhara 
masters of embroidery are famous for their gold-embroidered skullcap, Chust 
and Margilan masters with patterned skullcaps, Kashkadarya masters with their 
suzans made of scraps, Samarkand masters with their embroidered dresses, 
shawls and chapans (chapan is an Uzbek man's long cotton robe). Gold-
embroidered chapans, skullcaps, charms and bags, boots and flip-flops sewn by 
Bukhara masters are known all over the world. Suzanne, pillows, bedspreads of 
rags sewn Kashkadarya craftsmen surprise with their beauty and aesthetics. 
National dresses made of embroidery, scarves, belts and skullcaps, bags and 
shawls, and much more are the pride of the Uzbek people. Embroidery can be 
embroidered on clothes, on the arms, the collar, the edges of the national male 
chapan robe, on pillows and blankets , towels and dastarkhans and many other 
places that can please the human eye. 
Pillows, blankets and pillowcases can be embroidered dry cut from colorful 
fabrics innesti patterns. Upholstered furniture (sofas, beds, radios, televisions) 
can also be used to cover different types of patterns and colors.You can also 
decorate the original embroidery dishes, kettle, tablecloths and door 
curtains.Various embroideries are made using special machines such as lace, 
claws and embroidery.Although there is a lot of embroidery, machines knocking 
out embroidery and techniques as well, but the old Uzbek embroidery and hand-

made embroidery are still valued and have not lost their punctuality, because 
nothing can replace manual work done with love. Uzbek national embroidery 
was enriched with embroidery of other Nations, while creating its own special 
style of embroidery and develops to this day.For example, embroidery 
embroidered by Uzbek masters in the style of "Iroki" or Iraqi embroidery similar 
to Russian cross-stitch style, and the style of embroidery pierced with an awl is 
similar to the style of Tajik masters. Uzbek masters of embroidering with the 
sewing Pomos tismo, by the prayers ( the prayer mats) and suzanis. Gold 
embroidery art or art of gold embroidery originally appeared in India, then 
Bukhara masters began to embroider gold.
