What awful people! Such an ugly girl!
We can use the article a before Mr / Mrs / Ms / Miss + Surname, when we don’t know the person.
Mr (mister) - for all men (doesn’t matter married or not)
Mrs (misiz) - for married women
Ms (miz / mez) – for all women
Miss (mis) – for not married women
e.g. A Mr. Kawalski sent you a letter.
A Miss. Kumpkin is calling you on the phone.
A Mrs. Ann senе her regards to you.
A / An vs One
Sometimes a / an and one can be used interchangeably.
e.g. John has a / one luxurious car.
Tom has got a / one very clever cat.
Lisa eats an / one apple every morning.
If a / an are coming as the meaning per, we cannot use one instead of a / an.
