Implementation of research results. Based on the results obtained on the formation of skills of students in rational organization of pedagogical work:
the information obtained in determining the social, economic, health and organizational tasks of pedagogical work based on the analysis of the process of organizing labor activity, taking into account the priority of the principles of planning, organization, management and control of the rational organization of pedagogical work, was used in the development of the textbook “Organization of labor in enterprises” (approved by order of the Ministry of higher and secondary specialized education of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 388 dated November 25, 2022, certificate of publication No. 388-201). As a result, this served to improve the process of theoretical training of future teachers on the issues of rational organization of labor;
practical suggestions and recommendations for improving the content of the strategic block of the functional model of the process of teaching students the rational organization of pedagogical work based on the implementation at the stages of theoretical training, practical training and reflection according to such criteria as the rational use of time; creation of conditions for comfortable work and rest and their rational use; rational work planning were used in the development of the textbook “Labor management at enterprises” (approved by order of the Ministry of higher and secondary specialized education of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 429 dated December 30, 2022, 2022, publication certificate No. 429-510). As a result, this served as a systematic organization of the process of rational organization of work of future teachers;
suggestions and recommendations for improving the methodology for teaching students the rational organization of labor in the process of teacher education based on methods such as the “SMART model”, question-answer when working out a coaching strategy, an algorithm of actions, a timeline, Descartes' square, a wheel of life balance were used in the implementation of the grant project OT-F1-049 “Social and psychological features of the formation of assertive behavior among students” of the research plan of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute (certificate of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute No. 01-2449-2441 dated October 18, 2022). As a result, this served as the development of the process of practical training of future teachers for the rational organization of work based on the coaching strategy.
