The object of research: the process of organizing educational work for future teachers.
The purpose of the study: to develop the process of organizing educational work in a higher educational institution.
Research methods: the study uses methods of comparative study and analysis of philosophical, sociological, psychological and pedagogical literature on the topic, socio-pedagogical (observation, conversation, diagnosis, questionnaire, testing), experimental-test, mathematical-statistical processing of monitoring results.
The results obtained and their novelty:
the pedagogical capabilities of the systematic organization of educational work, allowing to develop the educational capabilities of the individual, are optimized;
indicators of the organization of educational work in higher education institutions are being improved on the basis of prioritization of content (nationality, moral and aesthetic, historical, educational);
the educational process is being improved through the use of innovative (personality-oriented, cooperative, perspective-progressive, developing) educational technologies.
