To achieve these goals, we set ourselves the following tasks:
- assimilation of theoretical materials on the subject;
- Understanding American extra-linguistic realities and providing insight into them;
- Collecting and classifying the realities of American tragedy;
-Analyzing the translation of extralinguistic factors and drawing conclusions.
The object of the study: As the object of the study, the versions of Theodore Dreiser's "American Tragedy" in 3 languages: English, Russian and Uzbek were chosen.9
