The subject of the research is the attractiveness (attractiveness) of agritourism for consumers and the factors influencing it. The empirical object of the study is the consumers of the agritourism product in the Jizzakh region.
The purpose of the work is to identify and evaluate the factors of attractiveness (attractiveness) of agritourism for consumers.
Tasks:
1. Give a working concept of agritourism and identify its distinctive features, defining its place in the general classification of tourist services.
2. Consider the existing approaches to the study of attractiveness factors.
3. Analyze the current state of development of agritourism in the Jizzakh region.
4. Identify the posterior factors of the attractiveness of agritourism for consumers of the service.
5. Conduct an empirical study using the consumer survey method to confirm the importance of a posteriori factors.
6. Analyze the data obtained and develop recommendations for enterprises operating in the field of agritourism.
The structure of the work is determined in accordance with the purpose, objectives and logic of research and consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of references.
The introduction substantiates the relevance of the topic, indicates the purpose, tasks, subject, object of work, methodological base, scientific and practical significance of the research.
In the first chapter, ideas about the subject of research are systematized, approaches to the definition of the concept of agritourism and its position in the system of classifications are considered. The approaches to the study of attractiveness in tourism are also considered and their applicability for our research is assessed.
The second chapter presents the statement of the problem, the goal and objectives of the study, the interpretation and operationalization of the basic concepts, the systemic description of the object, the state of development of agritourism in the Jizzakh region, methods and tools for collecting data, methods of data analysis and stages of research are described.
The third chapter presents the results of the two phases of the study. At the first stage, the posterior factors of the attractiveness of agritourism are revealed. At the second stage of the study, the significance of the identified factors is confirmed using the survey results. In addition, the limitations of the study are described, practical recommendations for enterprises operating in the agritourism sphere are formulated, and further areas of research are characterized.
In conclusion, the main findings of theoretical analysis and research are described.
The theoretical and methodological basis of the work was made up of the works of domestic and foreign authors and secondary data obtained from the reports presented at the conference "Rural tourism" and collected at the exhibition Intourmarket 2019 and 2020 and other works.
The empirical base of the study was made up of secondary and primary data obtained as a result of research and survey of objects in the Jizzakh region. The analysis of the survey results was carried out in the Excel data processing program.
The initial hypothesis of the study: between consumer groups with different descriptive characteristics, there are differences in preferences when choosing and consuming a range of services of enterprises operating in the field of agritourism.
The theoretical and practical significance of this work lies in the definition and generalization of approaches to the study of agritourism, as one of the types of implementation of tourist services, highlighting the distinctive features of agritourism in relation to other types of tourism and determining the factors of its attractiveness.
The results of the work, first of all, will be useful both to the owners and employees of agritourism enterprises, and to those who are thinking about opening an agro-tourism complex or diversifying the activities of their farm. Also, the results of our work can be used by agritourism associations developing this direction in Uzbekistan.
In addition, the work can be used for further study and development of the topic of attractiveness factors by researchers and / or used by students interested in new and promising types of tourism in Uzbekistan.
