For the correct choice of the program, it is necessary to decide which basic it must satisfy the requirements. There are two types of programs: - "flexible", making it possible to change the formats of stored data and forms of documents; - "hard", in which any change requires a mandatory appeals to programmers. Practice shows that the majority users of "flexible" programs do not know how to use their wide opportunities, but this does not mean the uselessness of such programs. Large companies order the program from official developers only for yourself, but, along with the obvious advantages, such actions time-consuming and cost tens of times more expensive than standardized programs. For example, using the program "1C-Rarus: Travel Agency" you can generate the entire package of primary documents required for the sale of travel products, as well as prepare reports for tour operators providing services and handling applications. This software development is easy to use, but has a high price and, since it is mainly focused on the Russian tourist market, then in Uzbekistan its use is very limited. The price range of programs involved in the Uzbek market, ranges from $ 100 to $ 1500. As a rule, to the basic version of the program for its additional modules are offered on a separate board, providing statistics mode, data archiving, accounting, work with sales departments etc. To work with applications in the Windows environment, you often need additional costs for retrofitting old ones or purchasing new ones computers. A very interesting development for the automation of activities tourist service enterprises is a package of applied programs "Tourist Office" developed by "Tour Technology" and designed for the system automation of tour operators and travel agencies, in within the office with the possibility of their further integration into a single information space, for example, based on the information center NC "Uzbektourism". The system is initially multi-user, but can work in single user (local) version with using a powerful device for differentiating access to data, protection data is carried out both by network means and by a special module, which can be installed at the request of the user. "Tourist Office" consists of three main modules: tourism, finance and management, which allows it to be used at all levels of industry organizations tourism. Talking about the use of information and communication technologies in tourism, one cannot fail to mention the systems of booking places in hotels and transport. Practically all hotels in Uzbekistan use them. However, there is no unified system in the republic yet. For example, in Tashkent hotels Palace and Grand Mir are changing the world famous booking system FIDELIO, in the rest - simpler or proprietary developments. In addition, it received a license in Uzbekistan and exists in currently OrexCA.com is an online booking system for hotels and other travel services in Central Asia and the Caucasus. This booking system is intended for private use. When choosing directions and methods of work, it is necessary to take into account the changes taking place in world telecommunications. It is necessary to take measures to promote the creation of new standards (recommendations) for interaction, integration and convergence of various infocommunication applications: traditional telecommunications, television and broadcasting, computer technology, information networks. Such unity is well presented in the form of a successful Internet project or Website. The indicators of their success are as follows: - the first indicator is, of course, site traffic, because each the visitor is a potential customer. In other words, the site should be known to potential clients to attract them on the Internet special mechanisms of website promotion are used; - secondly, in order for the site to pay off faster and start making a profit, its the cost should not be fabulously high, which we see in most existing proposals today; - thirdly, the site must be "live", which means – permanent adding and updating information; only such a site can use popularity and high ranking in search engines; - representatives of the tourism industry should communicate with clients using site, for which there are forums, guest books, etc .; -information on the site must be updated promptly in order to clients saw changes in prices, assortment in time, received information about ongoing promotions, news, answers to questions. The site should be beautiful, attractive and user-friendly. Only such the site can and should be profitable. For the tour operator, the site is an extremely convenient channel of communication with agencies, and for a travel agent - quick access to clients. In addition, the site is the creation of a favorable image of the company or product / service, ensuring the availability of information about company or products for hundreds of millions of people, including geographically remote, implementation of all possibilities of presenting information about product: graphics, sound, animation, video and many others. The site can be seen as a quick reaction to the market situation: updating the data of the price list, information about the company or products, the announcement of new products. Selling products and services over the Internet is one thing virtual representation will allow you not to open new outlets. It is important for a travel agent who visits the operator's website as quickly as possible get access to the information you need. Of course, ideal is on-line booking system. The main requirement for a tourist website agency, undeniably, is responsiveness. On the travel agency website, first turn, we need information about specific proposals. When operating the site, it is very important to keep track of statistics, because, for example, without statistics of visits, it is completely impossible to understand: do visitors come to the site, is the information useful to them, which pages they are most interested in which pages or from which sites visitors come. The ability to obtain statistics on site visits helps find out how many people visited the site today, how many - yesterday, how many – for day, week, month. This is the initial statistics of visits, sufficient in order to help at the initial stage of the development of the site, as well as in tracking the number of visitors. The results of the analysis of sites of objects of the tourist service of Uzbekistan, posted on the Internet showed that each object of the tourist the service tries to place its representative office in this network with different levels of complexity of the technological solution. Based on the above, it should be noted that thanks to the skillful involvement of standard and software, many technological processes in tourism have already been modified, implemented in them information technology and electronic document management. Created additional convenience in settlements with clients and partners: phased voucher payment, cash and non-cash payments. In addition, computers greatly facilitate the accounting and statistical records in the company. E-mail replaced the usual one, the exchange of databases became possible when applying for visas, insurance, placement sheets, etc. Relationship with partners have moved to a qualitatively new level. A survey of tourists who arrived in Uzbekistan showed that many of them learn about the country and make a decision on visiting, booking rooms in a hotel based on data from the computer network Internet. So, in fig. 5 shows a diagram, according to a survey of tourists who arrived in Uzbekistan for the purpose of traveling along the "Great Silk Road". Currently, much has been done, but even more needs to be done for in order to bring the tourism industry to a more promising level development based on solid specialized knowledge and knowledge of effective use of information and communication technologies. In particular, the creation on the basis of the NK "Uzbektourism" of the republican tourist portal, which unites all tourism organizations into a single virtual information space, the use of a single base for the assessment and standardization of all components of the tourism industry based on world standards, using the latest world achievements of the information society.
