Diagram 1. Types of tourism and their share in the Uzbek market (in percent).

This percentage is very small, but agritourism is a fairly new phenomenon for Uzbekistan, in contrast to Europe, where it appeared back in the 1970s. According to the data of Alexander Borisovich Zdorov, Doctor of Economics, who for many years has been studying and studying the organizational and economic foundations of the development of agricultural tourism, both in European states and, first of all, in our country, the highest suitability among the regions of Uzbekistan for joint agricultural and The southern regions have agro-tourism activities, the aggregate assessment of which for the indicated industries is 8 points out of 10, and the total potential reaches 79.2%, while the national average is 60.5%. One can easily agree with these conclusions, since agrarian tourism implies the conduct of agricultural activities, which, for geographical and natural reasons, are best developed in Uzbekistan. But as practice shows, the theory does not always fit smoothly into reality, which is why among the regions in Uzbekistan that are actively developing rural tourism. The very strong geographical spread of regions promoting rural, agrarian tourism tells us that development is influenced not only by natural and climatic factors, but also by many other things.

Unfortunately, all these data are very inaccurate, since it is still not clear to everyone what can be classified as an object of rural tourism, and by no means all those who carry out tourist activities are officially registered and therefore an accurate picture of the state of rural tourism and agro-tourism in particular, at this point in time is difficult to imagine.
But these figures should not be completely believed, since registration on the site is free and available to everyone, while the real presence of the object indicated there is not checked, as well as the compliance with the validity of the description. All this, to a certain extent, complicates the assessment of the level of development of agritourism in Uzbekistan, on a par with the lack of a legislative framework for rural and agritourism in Uzbekistan. This question is, as a rule, the leading one at all forums, meetings and seminars dedicated to rural tourism in Uzbekistan. The need to create a legal base for the legal conduct of tourism in rural areas. This law has been under development for more than two years, which at the moment makes it difficult for everyone who wants to engage in rural tourism legally. That is why there can be no official and adequate statistics on the state of development of rural and agricultural tourism in Uzbekistan.
Next, we will consider in more detail some of the regions that were highlighted above among those actively developing rural tourism, as well as the region where rural tourism is only gaining momentum.
There are some unofficial and semi-official data and estimates of the development of rural tourism in the regions.According to the data of a survey of employees of travel organizations Uzbekistan, the ratio of the use of standard software software (MS Office package) the following: the MS WORD program is used by the majority of employees (50%), one third of them use MS Excel employees (30%), and MS Access (9%) and MS Power Point (11%) - a few. It due to the fact that most of the day the managers who make up the main percentage of users engaged in the registration of applications, prices and other documentation using the MS WORD program. MS Excel used less actively, mainly for calculations. Ready bases MS Access data is mainly used as reference material. MS Power Point is used only in rare cases. In addition, the questionnaire a survey of employees of travel companies showed that in addition to the standard software in tourist offices uses a special software.
Thus, the tourist information market is currently more than 30 different application programs are used. They all allow print various documents: from questionnaires and lists of tourists to descriptions hotels, and some - and photos of types of hotels. Most programs allows you to control payment for tours, keep a calendar of time in hotels and transport. One of the most important functions of such programs - automated calculation of the cost of tours, taking into account individual and group discounts, commissions, exchange rates and other factors. Okay
organized programs allow you to perform all of the listed actions within the framework of a single system, including several united in local area network of computers at the same time.
