One of the most promising types of tourism in Uzbekistan is gastronomic tourism. However, a survey of the existing 16 catering establishments in the regional center, the city of Jizzak, revealed that there was no delivery service in all. In general, there are 4 tour operators, 20 hotels, 8 guest houses, 1 hostel, 1 camping, 42 catering facilities, 13 souvenir stalls in the Jizzakh region.


The study revealed a number of factors that negatively affect the marketing efficiency of tourist services in the region under study: the lack of a special platform to increase the awareness of the population about the existing types of services, the limited range of consumer choice; low purchasing power of the population.
In the course of the study, we identified the need for predictive research and the development of new travel services based on them, which would ensure the stable profitable activity of the company, as well as the use of tactics and strategies of active adaptation to the needs of potential buyers with a targeted all-round impact on them.
Effectively meeting the needs and tastes of consumers and users of travel services and products will enable travel businesses to retain loyal customers and expand their segment. Otherwise, the consequence may be the loss of consumers and loss of competition. That is why the diversification of the range of services and products of the tourism business can be called the most important area of ​​marketing research.
As the impacts of tourism tend to be multifaceted, they often have a combination of economic, social and environmental dimensions. The nature of the specific impact of tourism is related to various factors, including what type of tourism is being discussed, where it occurs, when it occurs, the seasonality of tourism, and tourism infrastructure. Ideas put forward by McKercher (1993) on the commercial and recreational aspects of tourism were also introduced, and these were considered in relation to tourism impact. It is also suggested that it is important to note that a lot of tourism planning and management occurs in relation to impacts on tourism destinations.
