If you‘re at a crossroads, you are a point where an important decision or choice 
has to be made. In other words, it is used when a person 
is at a stage in their life, he 
or she has to make a very important decision or it is high time to make a decision.
Ex:
 We have two possible approaches to this problem so we are at a crossroad. 
Let's examine the pros and cons of each. 
2.All roads lead to Rome 
An expression meaning that many methods will lead to the same result. 
The 
figurative expression, All roads lead to Rome, means that 
all choices, methods, or 
actions eventually lead to the same result
. In ancient Roman times, this statement 
had a more literal meaning. The Roman Empire had an advanced system of roads, 
and all major roads led directly to the capital.
