Upon the arrival of the train, before delivering the cars for loading and when forming the trains, the STC operator requests 216 a certificate to determine the availability of rented cars. To ensure that the information about the rented cars is correct, the STC operator additionally requests certificates 2610, 2612 and 2613 from the ASOUP system.
12.7. Procedure for the period of failures of individual devices and the system as a whole
In case of failure of individual technical means (printer, PC, etc.), operations are transferred to backup devices (where available) or to devices located nearby.
Transfer of information about car numbers is carried out by telephone. Upon arrival, the STC operator, based on the information received, transfers it to the operators at the information point. The further procedure is the same as under normal operating conditions.
During a period of long-term failures of a complex of technical means of the system for more than 1 hour from a stop to full commissioning, the station’s operating staff (personnel) switches to the manual mode of processing train documents in accordance with the technology in force before the implementation of the ACS Art. Chukursay and with the subsequent transfer of data by telephone to RZHU-Tashkent for entering data into the ASOUP system.
