INTRODUCTION (abstract of PhD dissertation)
Relevance and necessity of the dissertation topic. In connection with the
process of integration into
the global education system, the high demands placed
on the personality and activities, professional skills, and competitiveness of school
teachers require ensuring their adaptability to the requirements of a changing labor
market. In connection with this trend, the international
scientific community is
paying more and more attention to conducting scientific research on the problem of
forming a “pedagogical worldview”. This determines the need of a modern teacher
in the presence of their professional values and personal beliefs,
in the constant
improvement of their worldview and competence in accordance with social needs.
In many developed countries of the world, especially in Germany,
Great
Britain, Russia, France, Spain, USA, Japan, China, innovations, intellectual
evolution, professional and moral knowledge are recognized as important cultural
values. Also of particular importance in world practice is the improvement of the
professional
activities of teachers, the development of modular technologies for
advanced training based on innovative approaches,
the improvement of
pedagogical and psychological mechanisms for forming the image of a modern
teacher.
