Implementation of the research results. Based on the results of a study of 
the development of the professional culture of school teachers, the following was 
introduced: 
Philosophical and pedagogical, psychological, sociological characteristics of 
the content of the concept of professional culture, as well as the relationship of 
psychological and pedagogical features of the development of professional culture 
of school teachers with reflective abilities of Presidential Decree No. PD-5712 
dated April 29, 2019 “On approval of the Concept for the development of the 
public education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030”, the main goal, 
which was a regular increase in professional culture and the efficiency of public 
education workers (Reference No. 01/11-02/02-748 dated May 25, 2022 of the 
Educational Center of the Republic). As a result, in the development of the 
professional culture of school teachers, the level of development of the teacher's 
professional culture, professional activities in scientific programs, textbooks and 
teaching aids has served to increase. 
а special electronic platform “Continuing professional education” based on 
the state program approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of 
Uzbekistan No. 134 dated May 11, 2022 "On approval of the National Program for 
the Development of Public Education for 2022-2026", with proposals and 
recommendations for clarifying the value, epistemological, active-creative and 
reflective-evaluative criteria that determine the development of professional 
culture are determined, based on the priority of the principles of improvisation and 
reflexivity was used to create special content for teachers based on the National 
Curriculum (Reference No. 01/11-02/02-748 dated May 25, 2022 of the 
Educational Center of the Republic). As a result, the effectiveness of the 
development of the professional culture of teachers has been achieved. 
Ensure the priority of humanistic-value, acmeological, creative, reflective, 
deontological approaches and take into account the relationship of such 
components as content, methodological, activity-technological and result-
evaluative, organizational-functional model of development of professional 
activity. culture among school teachers, the effective use of methodological 
support for the organization of advanced training based on the clarification of

stages through program Approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic 
of Uzbekistan dated May 11, 2022 No. 134 “On approval of the National Program 
for the Development of Public Education for 2022-2026” “Continuing Professional 
Education” was used to create special content for teaching staff based on the 
National Curriculum developed for a special electronic platform (Reference No. 
01/11-02/02-748 dated May 25, 2022 of the Educational Center of the Republic). 
As a result, the practical and technological system for the development of the 
professional culture of teachers was improved. 
The local-modular technology for the development of the professional 
culture of school teachers is a proposal developed taking into account the specifics 
of the forms, methods and means of the content of interdisciplinary communication 
and the mechanism for their implementation, mutual internal integration of such 
stages 
as 
purposeful-motivational, 
cognitive-meaningful, 
active-reflexive-
evaluative recommendations are integrated into the content of Decree No. PF-5712 
dated April 29, 2019 “On Approval of the Concept for the Development of the 
Public Education System of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030”, the main goal 
of which was to regularly improve the professional culture and efficiency of public 
education workers. (Reference No. 01/11-02/02-748 dated May 25, 2022 of the 
Educational Center of the Republic). As a result, the mechanism for developing the 
professional culture of teachers was improved.
