The purpose of the study is to develop proposals and guidelines for 
improving the pedagogical system of educating the professional culture of school 
teachers. 
Research objectives: 
to determine the psychological and pedagogical features of the development 
of the professional culture of school teachers by studying the meaning of the 
concept of "professional culture"; 
development of a model for the development of professional culture of 
school teachers; 
development of a special methodological program aimed at developing the 
professional culture of school teachers; 
development of technology for the development of professional culture of 
school teachers and experimental work, statistical re-analysis of the results. 
The process of forming the professional culture of school teachers is defined as 
an object of research. Secondary schools No. 2 and 35 of the Angora district of the 
Surkhandarya region, collectives of secondary schools No. 10 and 13 of the city of 
Termez, secondary school No. 44 of the Zangiata district of the Tashkent region, No. 
5 of the Boyovut district of the Syrdarya region of the region took part in 
experimental and verification work, in which they took part 250 teachers of general 
education schools. 
The scientific novelty of the research is as follows: 
the philosophical-pedagogical, psychological-sociological characteristics of 
the content of the concept of professional culture and the psychological-
pedagogical characteristics of the development of the professional culture of 
school teachers associated with reflective skills are determined

the criteria of value, epistemological, active-creative and reflective-
evaluative, which determine the development of the professional culture of school 
teachers, are determined on the basis of the priority of the principles of 
improvisation and reflexivity; 
ensure the priority of humanistic-value, acmeological, creative, reflective, 
deontological approaches and take into account the organic connection of such 
components as content, methodological, activity-technological and result-
evaluative, organizational-functional model of development industrial practice; 
local-modular technology for the development of professional culture of 
school teachers is developed taking into account the specifics of forms, methods 
and means in the content of interdisciplinary communication of mutual internal 
integration of such stages as goal-motivational, meaningful, activity and reflective 
assessment.
