Problems of execution of punishment against 
women sentenced to deprivation of liberty
Abstract: the article examines the gender-specific crime and punishment against the convicted women. It is shown 
that women, because of their gender, it is especially difficult to be in prison. Sentenced a woman convicted with special 
needs.
