16. “ So / Such ” – shunday,shunaqa. “ So + adjective “ so stupid.
Such +(a/an)+adjective+noun” Such a stupid idea.
17.”Adjective+enough” he can’t get married yet , he’s not old enough
Enough+noun” I’d like to go on holiday but I haven’t got enough money.
Too+adjective+for Ving” it’s too far for going there.
Too+adjective+to V” let’s get a taxi. It’s too far to walk.
Ravish ( the adverb)
1.Ravishlar ,asosan, ish-harakatning belgisini, holatini, qandayligini bildiradi. Buning sifatdan farqi – sifat otga bog’lanadi, ravish esa fe’lga (ish-harakatga) bog’lanadi.
Odatda ravishlar sifatlarga –ly qo’shimchasini qo’shish orqali yasaladi:
Sifat/adjectives: quick serious bad careful quiet heavy
Ravish/adverb: quickly seriously badly carefully quietly heavily
-ly qo’shimchasi bilan tugagan so’zlar ravish bo’lardi, lekin, shunday sifatlar borki,ular ham –ly bilan tugaydi:
Friendly lively elderly lonely silly lovely


2.Biz ,shuningdek, ravishlardan so’ng sifatdan ham foldalansak bo’laveradi:
Reasonably cheap (adverb+adjective)
Terribly sorry (adverb+adjective)
Incredibly quickly (adverb+adjective)

  • it is a reasonably cheap restaurant and the food is extremely good.

  • Oh, I’m terribly sorry. I didn’t mean to push you

3.Quyidagi sifatlar ham ravish, ham sifat hisobaladi: fast – tez, hard – astoydil, late – kech, near-yaqinda, soon – tezda, straight – to’g’ri, right-to’g’ri.


Jack is a very fast runner. (adjective)
Jack can run very fast. (adverb)

Lekin hard / near / late ravishlariga –ly qo’shimchasini qo’shganimizda tarjima butunlay boshqa bo’ladi:


Hard-asdoydil / hardly-zo’rg’a, near-yaqin / nearly-deyarli , late-kech / lately-yaqinda
- He can hardly do this work on time

5. Qo’shimcha uch xonali sonlarning o’nliklaridan oldin (agar ular bo’lmasa birliklaridan keyin) and bog’lovchisi qo’yiladi. M-n: 375- three hundred and seventy-five; 305- three hundred and five.
