Pedagogik texnologiya jarayonida o‘qituvchi rahbarligida talaba mustaqil
ravishda
bilim oladi, o‘rganadi, o‘zlashtiradi. Bu faoliyatni amalga oshirish uni
tashkil qilish,
olib borish, takomillashtirish,
tahlil qilish, tadqiq qilish,
qiyoslash,
umumlashtirish, xulosa chiqarish, boshqarish, nazorat, baholash kabi jarayonlarni o‘z
ichiga oladi. Maqolada oziq oziq-ovqat mahsulot turlarini o‘qitishda zamonoviy
pedagokik texnologiyalardan foydalanishning ahamiyati haqida so‘z boradi.

ABSTRACT
In the process of pedagogical technology under the guidance of a teacher, the
student learns, studies and masters independently. The implementation of this activity
includes

improvement, analysis,
research,
comparison, generalization, conclusion, management, control, evaluation. The article
discusses the importance of using modern pedagogical technologies in teaching
various types of food products.
