Article 33. Conclusion of the Ethics Commission
Based on the results of consideration of violations of the Code of Conduct by the Ethics Commission, a conclusion is drawn on the presence (non-existence) of disciplinary or other violations of the rules. Based on this, a proposal is submitted to the director of the branch to hold the offending employee, students and doctoral student to account. Taking into account the nature of the violation of the allowed rule, the Ethics Commission may limit itself with a warning to prevent violations of the Code of Ethics against employees, doctoral students and students.
The draft order on the disciplinary action of employees, doctoral students and students who do not comply with the code of ethics is issued by the personnel department (in relation to employees and doctoral students), is prepared by the deputy director (in relation to clinical supervisors), faculty deans and the master's department (master's and in relation to students).
Employees, doctoral students and students have the right to receive information about the violation of the rule committed by them, the process of consideration of the violation of the rule, and to present evidence for self-defense, as well as to appeal the decisions of the branch in the prescribed manner.
Article 34. Public control
In order to ensure public control over the behavior of employees, students and doctoral students, cases of non-compliance with this code are also can be discussed in the Labor Union Committee, Community Council, Advisory Council on Women's Affairs and the primary organization of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan.
Chapter X. The final rule
Article 35. Entry into force of the Code and introduction of amendments and additions to it
This Code will enter into force after approval by the Branch Council, and amendments and additions to it, will be made according to the decision of the Branch Council.
