Chapter VIII. Promotion and action procedure


Article 28. Encouragement of staff and learners
Employees, doctoral students and students who fully complied with this code during the academic year and contributed to the establishment and strengthening of a high moral and ethical environment in the branch can be financially or morally motivated by Management (deputy directors), faculty deans, heads of departments, according to the recommendation of the chairmen or heads of other structural units.
Article 29. Importance of code compliance for attestation and other processes
Compliance with this code by employees is taken into account when conducting attestations, forming a personnel reserve for appointment to higher and other positions.
Article 30. Liability for violation of the provisions of the Code
Violation of the provisions of this code by branch employees, doctoral students and students serves as a basis for holding them accountable in the prescribed manner.
Article 31. Reciprocity of the code and internal procedures
When employees, doctoral students and students violate the provisions of this Code, the measures specified in Paragraph 3.4 (Responsibility for Violation of Work and Study Discipline) of the "Regulations of the Branch Internal Procedure" will be applied to them.


Chapter IX. Organization of the ethics commission


Article 32. Ethics Commission
As a rule, issues related to violations of the norms of this code by employees, doctoral students and students can be considered by the Ethics Commission.
Also, the Ethics Commission, as a rule:
according to the instructions of the branch director;
according to the results of the service inspection;
on his own initiative;
may consider these types of issues based on information received from branch employees, doctoral students and students, as well as through communication channels of the branch.
The ethics commission is formed by at least 5 people. The aim, objectives, functions, rights and other issues related to the organization of the Ethics Commission are defined in the Charter of the Ethics Commission approved by the branch director.
