Aims

Educational: – to learn two more letters:Oo and Pp;

– to practise Class 1 vocabulary (colours, toys, fruits, vegetables)

Developing: – to enable pupils to saythings they like

Socio-cultural: – to raise awareness ofways of expressing positiveattitudes;

– to raise awareness of different pronunciation of the letter “O” and single pronunciation of“P”.

Learning outcomes

By the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to: – recognise, say and write the letters Oo and Pp;

– say things they like using the vocabulary learnt in Class 1

– know about different pronunciation of the letter “O” and single pronunciation of “P”.
