Ayollarning yetakchilik vazifalaridagi ishtirokini kengaytirishga oid ijobiy tajribalarni ommalashtirish
Quruq bayonotlar gender tengligiga erishishda natija bermaydi, ayniqsa, ayollarga nisbatan bevosita yoki bilvosita kamsitishlar uchrab turadigan muhitda. Shu bois ham xorijiy mamlakatlar kasaba uyushmalari ayollarning yetakchilik vazifalaridagi ishtirokini yanada kuchaytirish maqsadida quyidagi kabi dasturiy harakatlar, ijobiy chora-tadbirlarni amalga tatbiq etmoqda: • ayollarga ijroiya va boshqaruv organlarida zaxira yoki qo‘shimcha o‘rinlar ajratish; • kongresslar, ijroiya va boshqaruv organlari, qo‘mitalar, muzokara guruhlari, ta’lim va malaka oshirish dasturlarida va boshqalarda ayollar ishtiroki bo‘yicha kvota yoki muayyan miqdoriy mezon belgilash; • mutanosiblik tamoyiliga amal qilish; • qo‘sh nomzod, ya’ni kasaba uyushmalari saylovlarida nomzodlar ro‘yxatiga bir paytning o‘zida ayol va erkaklarni kiritish. XULOSA
Huquqiy davlat, kuchli fuqarolik jamiyatini barpo etishni o‘z oldiga strategik maqsad qilib qo‘ygan O‘zbekistonning har bir fuqarosidan, xoh u ayol, xoh erkak bo‘lsin, bugun, birinchi navbatda, azmu-shijoat, ijtimoiy faollik, mas’uliyat va yuksak huquqiy madaniyat talab etiladi. Oilada, ishxonada, mahallada, turli darajadagi davlat hokimiyati va boshqaruvi organlarida, tadbirkorlik va siyosat jabhasida millatimizning ayolu-erkaklari yurtimizning ertangi kuniga teng ravishda mas’uldirlar. Bunday mas’uliyatni shakllantirishda, inson huquqlari va manfaatlarini himoya qilishda, ayolu-erkalarning qadr-qimmatini teng ta’minlashda milliy OAV va jurnalistlar oldida qator vazifalar turibdi. Ularni bajarish davomida OAV xodimlarining o‘zi ham gender muvozanatiga rioya qilishi, tahririyatlarda faoliyat olib borayotgan xotin-qizlarning ijodiy, kasbiy va tashkiliy salohiyati to‘la-to‘kis namoyon bo‘lishi uchun barcha sharoitlarni yaratish zarur bo‘ladi.
O‘zbekiston OAV bu boradagi jahon ilg‘or tajribalarini o‘zlashtirgani holda milliy taraqqiyotga yuz tutish jarayonida milliy jurnalistikamizga xos bo‘lgan ilg‘or an’analarni ham rivojlantirishi, xotin-qizlarimiz hayotida, kasbiy faoliyatida ro‘y berayotgan ijobiy o‘zgarishlar, ularning ruhiyati va ertangi kunga bo‘lgan chuqur ishonchini tasvirlovchi ixcham portret, suhbat, esse, lavha, tahliliy materiallar berib borish davr taqozosidir. OAV chiqishlarida dialogning ustivorligi, ularning muayyan auditoriyaga yo‘naltirilganligi, erkak va ayollar timsollarining teng ravishda va teng kesimda gavdalantirilishi jurnalistlarning gender savodxonligi va madaniyatidan darak beradi. Mazkur o‘quv qo‘llanmada jamlangan OAVning gender borasidagi tajribasi tahlili va tavsiyalar jurnalistlarda gender sezgirligi, savodxonligi va madaniyatini oshirishda amaliy ko‘mak beradi, degan umiddamiz.
