FORMATION OF LEGAL CULTURE OF FUTURE TEACHERS IN THE STUDY OF 
PEDAGOGICAL DISCIPLINES AT THE UNIVERSITY

Аннотация. Мақола олий таълимда бўлажак ўқитувчиларнинг касбий тайёргарлиги 
муаммосига бағишланган бўлиб, бўлажак ўқитувчининг ҳуқуқий маданияти тушунчаси, 
университетда педагогик фанларни ўрганиш жараёнида уни шакллантириш шартлари очиб 
берилган.

Аннотация. Статья посвящена рассмотрению проблемы профессиональной 
подготовки будущих педагогов в вузе, раскрывается понятие правовой культуры будущего 
педагога, условия ее формирования в процессе изучения педагогических дисциплин в вузе.

формирования правовой культуры, интерактивные формы обучения, повышение мотивации, 
организация самостоятельной работы. 
Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of professional training of future teachers in 
high school, disclosed the concept of legal culture of a future teacher, the conditions of its formation 
in the study of pedagogical disciplines at the university. 
Key words: legal culture, legal competence, conditions for the formation of legal culture, 
interactive forms of learning, increasing motivation, organization of independent work. 
Legal culture is a special subsystem of culture. Let us agree with those researchers who believe 
that the formation and development of a certain type of legal culture is closely connected with the 
existing laws in society, characterizing and determining the behavioral patterns of an individual. In 
the structure of each social system stood out a system of values, ideals, behavior patterns, laws, which 
expressed the quintessence of the existing way of life, regulated the relationship between the state, 
society and the citizen. Features of legal culture derive from the intensity of the interaction of the 
individual with society, the state and its involvement in everyday practices. At the same time, legal 
culture is a form of awareness of the need to build a state of law in general and the most important 
indicator of its development. One of the tasks of higher professional education is the development of 
a future specialist's personality, purposeful formation of professionally important qualities, which 
are necessary not only in professional activity, but also in overcoming personal and professional 
difficulties. The period of higher education is an opportunity for active formation and development 
of a personality into a professional and competent specialist. A graduate should have general cultural, 
professional, and professional competences.
Legal culture of future teachers is both general cultural competence of a future teacher, general 
professional competence, and professional competence, which is a category characterizing the 
professional qualities of a future teacher, taking into account the specifics of his/her professional 
activity. The professional activity of a teacher is primarily understood as a socially significant 
activity, the implementation of which requires special knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as 
professionally conditioned personal qualities. A specific set of competencies is defined by the 
Federal State Educational Standards and corresponds to the profile of training in the university, but 
if we talk about the formation of legal culture in a future teacher, then we can talk about the formation 
of a set of competencies, which can be described as legal competence of a future teacher. Thus, by 
legal competence we will understand the development of such personally significant qualities 
acquired by future teachers in the study of pedagogical disciplines, which in the future will contribute 
to the successful professional activities in the application of the acquired legal knowledge, skills and 
abilities. As the analysis of research shows, there is no unified approach to the definition of legal 
culture and legal competence in modern humanities. However, despite the many interpretations,
