The circle "Social psychology" was preserved for the 10-11th grades of the humanitarian and socio-economic orientation. Classes are held once a week for two hours in various forms: interactive mini-lectures, discussions, case studies, trainings, role-playing and business games. Development students show the use of constructive interaction tactics in conflict, they have the opportunity to test various models of role-playing behavior for a certain interpersonal communication. Within the framework of one of the sections, trainings for professional self-determination and career guidance diagnostics were held. Special emphasis was focused on the development of motivation to achieve success in students. High school students with interesting participation in the career guidance game "Perspective", aimed at developing skills to prioritize value orientations when planning a career. At the final event, the students presented presentations of the project "My socio-psychological portrait". The purpose of the project is to summarize the results of psychological self-diagnosis in order to identify problem areas and pay attention to develop professional self-awareness and self-regulation. Within the framework of one of the sections, trainings for professional self-determination and career guidance diagnostics were held. Particular emphasis was placed on the development of motivation to achieve success among students. High school students with interesting participation in the career guidance game "Perspective", aimed at developing skills to prioritize value orientations when planning a career. At the final event, the students presented presentations of the project “Mysocio-psychological portrait”. The goal of the project is to summarize the results of psychological self-diagnosis in order to identify problem areas and pay attention to the development of professional self-awareness and self-regulation. The research circle of application does not allow only professional research and professional testing to determine the profession, but also the possibility of applying knowledge and skills in the field of psychology and sociology within various professions and fields, life activities, including management and personnel management. In particular, within the framework of the circle program for considering the features of the profiles "Social management at enterprises of high-tech industries" and "International socio-cultural service" in an aerospace university, the demand for specialists in data profiles at enterprises was revealed. The discussion of the results Despite the fact that schools are focused on special areas, circles social and humanitarian orientation affect the interests of some students. The effectiveness of the work of such circles as areas of career guidance is currently quite difficult to assess, since a tangible result is possible only with long-term work. Nevertheless, it can be argued that already at an increased level of development, a student at risk assesses the need for career planning, a clearer assessment of the application of knowledge in the field of psychology and sociology within various professions is high., interest in which is also manifested in psychological research. The teachers at this should not be auxiliary, active participants in this process. The organization of the work of the circle should combine the interests of all subjects involved in the process: students and their parents, teachers and school administrations, university teachers and their departments.
