• reforming the right to use land and the right to own property in industry, services 
and agriculture; 
• strengthening requirements for structural (systemic) restructuring of state 
monopolistic enterprises, corporate management and financial reporting; 
• state support for export orientation (including ISO standard certification, expert 
risk reduction, diversification, membership in the World Trade Organization). 
In the medium term, the modernization of infrastructure (in particular, energy, 
transport and logistics) and the improvement of the quality of higher education will help to 
strengthen the country's economic potential. 
Today, Uzbekistan has entered a qualitatively new stage of its independent 
development. In this way, it has been effectively cooperating with many countries of the 
world and large international organizations in various fields. In particular, important results 
are being achieved in terms of developing friendly and mutually beneficial relations with 
foreign countries. When we talk about new Uzbekistan, first of all, new economic relations 
and a new economic outlook are embodied before our eyes. In conclusion, today Uzbekistan 
regularly promotes important initiatives and political proposals within the framework of 
international organizations. Not only our people support the great works of our President, 
but the world community also recognizes them. This is a vivid example of new management, 
new strategy and new opportunities in independent Uzbekistan.
