of adding a word instead of a turn, and gave it the definition of a defining word. Phraseology 
is a special branch of linguistics that studies the semantic and structural features of 
phraseological units, the reasons for their appearance in the language system, and the 
features of their use in speech. The term "phraseology" is formed from two Greek words:

unit. Phraseologisms are stable (non-free) word combinations of words that are ready-made 
and repeated as a whole unit in speech. Such stable word combinations are called 
phraseological units (PU), phraseological turns, phraseological units, phrases, idioms. 
It should be mentioned that translating phraseological units into English is a very 
difficult task. "Phraseologisms occupy a very important place in the language due to their 
richness of meaning, imagery, conciseness and brightness." It gives speech expressiveness 
and originality. In particular, phraseological units are widely used in oral speech, artistic and
