CoP Document Checklist
We know it may be difficult to arrange a peer observation. When an administrator observes a teacher, it is a good time for you to also observe that peer. If you cannot observe another mentee in person, you could share a full class video. Do the best you can. Remember that you learn best by observing others and reflecting on how you can apply what you have seen to our own teaching.
Transition: After lunch you will have time to ask an additional questions and arrange peer and RPM observations.
