Gestures, also known as teaching TPR, indicate what you want the student to do during the lesson. Teachers can use these types of gestures in every lessons. Some class TPR examples include:
• Shake your ear to show that you are listening and want to talk.
• Point to your mouth as you speak and show that you need to listen carefully.
• Draw a circle in the air with your finger or mimic a gesture to explain what to do on the screen.
