form, in an English declarative (statement-type) clause, is the one in which Theme, 
Subject and Actor are conflated into a single element. That is the form we tend to use 
if  there  is  no  prior  context  leading  up  to  it,  and  no  positive  reason  for  choosing 
anything else.
