Conclusion
The presented research paper deals with problems of business process modelling, which
are running at strategic management level in order to design business strategy concerned
to the actual firm or company. The first business process is concerned to quantification of
business processes running in the firm company, which is provided via KPI indicators.
The first KPI indicator is applied to superior core l business process denoted as CBS (0, I)
–
Utility glass production, while that process consists of two subordinated business
process: CB (0, 1) manually oriented production, CB (0, 2) Machinery oriented production
and CB (0, 3) Combined production. We have investigated the business process
performance via main KPI indicator KPI (0) decomposed
into three subordinated KPI
indicators. Furthermore, we have investigated a role
role of business process internal
and external metrics in decomposition of KPI indicators and performance modelling
concerned to Subordinated Core Business Processes. This
has flown into simulation
model for business strategy creation. A set of theoretical issues has been postulated and
KPI Decomposition Algorithm is being designed, which
creates an integral part of
Business Process Linguistic Modelling Strategy Creator, which provides simulation
and optimization capabilities. The theoretical issues create
a good basis for Business

appropriate application program, which is being developed at present and should be
applied as the information support tool, when preparing business strategy design and this
