MITA KACHA (Eng. Mita-kacha) - It is a name of the village in Ghurband [“B”, on folio 135 a].
MIFTOHUT-TOLIBIN” – It is a name of the book by Mahmud Ghijduwani devoted to Kamaliddin Husain Harazmi, sheikh of Kubravia secta. Mahmud Ghijduwani was historian and traveler from Bukhara. The book was written in 1543 in Persian language. There is no any information about the author. Babur was depicted in the book as Babur sent to Husain Harazmi many gifts after his victory in the Battle of Panipat, the sheikh in his turn gave Babur his crook. During the battle of KhanwaBabur’s army doomed to failure after some misfortunes, and Husain Harazmi contributed them spiritually. There existing four copies of “Miftohut-tolibin” in Fund of Institute of Oriental Science (initials 394, 1493, 5426, 6920). The book was translated into Uzbek by Muhammadriza Ogahi in 1859. (The translation is kept in the Institute of Oriental Science, initials 8473).

MOVARAUNNAHR (Eng. Mawaraun-nahr) – It is a name of the territory in Asia in Arabic language. It means” lands between two rivers”. Historically the territory included land from river Amudarya till Ettisu. The name has been used in literature since the IX th century and remained in the period of the Temurids and later. The name was used in many contexts in Baburnama [“B”, on folio 2 a; 3 b; 36 a; 44 b and others]. It bordered with Qashghar in the East; with Khwarizm in the West; with Turkistan in the North; with Balkh in the South. The geographic depiction (including administrative, social, nature, climate and economy) of the territory was widely depicted in Baburnama in comparison to other records of that time. Besides most part of the facts outlined in Baburnama touching upon Ferghana valley and Smarkand could not be found in other records.(see.
