1.The essence of the division of types of the leadership according to the management methods.
Leadership refers to the art of motivating people in an organization to work towards a common goal. It is based on ideas which can be a person’s own or inspired by other leaders.Leadership is also an art of communicating these ideas effectively to others and encouraging them to take up responsibilities and grow personally besides leading the company towards growth. Effective leadership is not only inspirational for the self but also for others. The choice of leadership style largely depends on the task the manager sets for himself: to manage, direct; maintain or delegate authorityThe word "style" is of Greek origin. Its original meaning is "a rod for writing on a wax board." It can be considered that the leadership style is a kind of "handwriting" in the actions of the manager. Leadership style is a relatively stable system of methods, forms of a manager's practice. Management style is understood as the manner and way of behavior of a manager in the process of preparing and implementing management decisions. For the first time, the issue of leadership styles was considered by K. Levin, who identified three main management styles: authoritarian; democratic; anarchic (in management practice, the anarchic style is most often called liberal). The authoritarian (autocratic) style is characterized by the centralization of power in the hands of one leader, tough management, the leader's solo decision-making in the team, weak interest in the employee as a person, and rejection of informal relations with subordinates. A manager who uses a predominantly democratic style seeks to solve as many issues as possible collectively, to systematically inform subordinates about the state of affairs in the team, and to respond correctly to criticism.A leader with a liberal (non-interference) leadership style practically does not interfere in the activities of the team, and the employees are given complete independence and the opportunity for individual and collective creativity
