Reporting Lines:
A Teacher reports directly to the Academic Director, Head of Department and Lead teacher.
The Principal, Academic Directors and Deputy Heads of Schools are responsible for the Performance Assurance of teachers in conjunction with the direct line manager.

Qualifications and Training
B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification (or equivalent)
Ideally have a minimum of (5) years solid full-time teaching experience
Evidence of continued relevant professional development
