10. Intellectual Property

10. Intellektual mulk

10.1. “Intellectual Property Rights” mean all intellectual property rights including, without limitation, copyright, patents, trademarks, design rights and database right, know-how, confidential information and trade secrets and all other rights or forms of protection of a similar nature or having a similar effect to any of other property rights, whether vested, contingent or future, which may exist anywhere in the world.
10.2. Any Intellectual Property Rights acquired, developed or discovered by Employee directly or indirectly during the course of his employment with the Employer in connection with or in any way affecting or relating to the business, confidential information or intellectual property of the Employer shall belong to and be the property of the Employer and Employee hereby assign to the Employer all such existing or future Intellectual Property Rights for their full term. At the Employer’s request, Employee shall execute any further documents reasonably required to give effect to the assignment of Intellectual Property Rights pursuant to this Clause 10.

10.1. Intellektual mulk huquqlari berilgan, shartli yoki kelgusiligidan qat’i nazar dunyoning har qanday joyida mavjud hamma intellektual mulk, shu jumladan, cheklovsiz, mualliflik huquqi, patentlar, savdo belgisi, dizayn huquqlari va ma’lumotlar bazasi huquqlari, nou hau, maxfiy ma’lumotlar, tijoriy sir va boshqa huquqlar yoki ushbu intellektual mulklarga teng ta’sirga ega himoya turlarini bildiradi.

10.2. Xodim tomonidan Ish beruvchi bilan ish jarayonida Ish beruvchining faoliyati, maxfiy ma’lumoti yoki intellektual mulkiga tegishli yoki ta’sir ko‘rsatuvchi har qanday to‘g‘ridan-to‘g‘ri yoki bilvosita olingan, ishlab chiqilgan yoki kashf etilgan Intellektual mulk huquqi Ish beruvchiga tegishli va uning mulki hisoblanadi va Xodim ushbu huquqlarni to‘liq muddatiga Ish beruvchiga topshiradi. Ish beruvchining talabiga ko‘ra, kelgusida Xodim ushbu 10-bandga muvofiq Intellektual mulk huquqini topshirish uchun har qanday kelib chiqqan hujjatlarni imzolaydi.
