The rights and obligations of the Employee

  1. Xodimning huquq va majburiyatlari

    1. The Employee is obliged:

7.1 Xodimning majburiyatlari:

7.1.1. not to misuse social media and other official or non-official communication channels by distributing any confidential information or information which may create a hostile work environment, negative opinions regarding the Presidential Schools, Agency for Presidential Educational Institutions, and Uzbekistan’s cultural values.

7.1.1. Xodim ish muhiti, Prezident maktablari, Prezident ta’lim muassasalari agentligi va O‘zbekistonning madaniy qadriyatlari haqida salbiy fikrlarni keltirib chiqarishi mumkin bo‘lgan har qanday maxfiy yoki boshqa ma’lumotlarni g‘arazli niyatda tarqatishda ijtimoiy tarmoqlar va boshqa rasmiy yoki norasmiy kanallardan foydalanganish taqiqlanadi.

7.1.2. to conscientiously, professionally and competently perform his/her labor functions, caused by the corresponding Job description, other local acts and regulations of the Employer and this Contract;

7.1.2. Lavozim yo‘riqnomasi, Ish beruvchining boshqa ichki hujjat va qoidalari va ushbu Shartnomada ko‘zda tutilgan mehnat vazifalarini vijdonan, malakali va professional darajada bajarish;

7.1.3. to provide all necessary documents to be employed in accordance with acting legislation of RUz.

7.1.3. O‘zR amaldagi qonunchiligiga muvofiq ishga kirish uchun barcha zarur hujjatlarni taqdim etish.

7.1.4. to assist in visa application and registration as required by the legislation of RUz and timely notify the Employer on visa expiration. Employee is personally liable for the breach of legislation related to visa and registration and the penalties imposed as a result.

      1. O‘zR qonunchiligiga muvofiq viza olish va ro‘yxatdan o‘tishda yordam berish va Ish beruvchiga o‘z vaqtida viza amal qilish muddati tugashi haqida xabar berish. Xodim viza olish va ro‘yxatdan o‘tish bilan bog‘liq qonun hujjatlarini buzish va kelib chiqqan jarimalar uchun javobgarlikni o‘z zimmasiga oladi.

7.1.5. to maintain legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and local acts of Employer;

7.1.5. O‘zbekiston Respublikasining qonunlari va Ish beruvchining ichki hujjatlariga rioya qilish;

7.1.6. to maintain accurate academic records and submit final grades by the posted deadline of each quarter;

7.1.6. o‘quv (akademik) hisobotlarini to‘g‘ri olib borish va har chorakda yakuniy baholarni ko‘rsatilgan sanalarda topshirish;

7.1.7. to treat with due care the equipment, materials and property of the Employer and her/his other Employees;

7.1.7.Ish beruvchi va uning boshqa Xodimlarining jihoz, material va mol-mulklariga nisbatan ehtiyotkorlik bilan ishlash;

7.1.8. to exercise granted to him/her power and authority purely (only) in the interest of the Employer;

7.1.8. berilgan vakolatlardan faqat Ish beruvchining manfaatlari uchun foydalanish;

7.1.9.in case of termination of this Contract, to transfer documents, equipment and other property of the Employer, entrusted to him/her for execution of labor duties under the Contract in established manner.

7.1.9.mazkur Shartnoma bekor qilinganida, Ish beruvchining ushbu Shartnoma bo‘yicha vazifalarni bajarish uchun taqdim etilgan hujjat, uskuna va boshqa mol-mulklarini belgilangan tartibda topshirish.

7.1.10.to avoid working for or providing any services to any competitor of the Employer or engaging in any competitive activity with respect to the Employer;

7.1.10.Ish beruvchining raqobatchilariga ish va har qanday turdagi xizmatlar ko‘rsatish yoki Ish beruvchi bilan bog‘liq har qanday raqobatbardosh faoliyatni amalga oshirishdan qochish;

7.1.11.not to accept gifts or rewards from third parties regardless of their value, for the performance of labor duties and responsibilities under this Contract during the term of this Contract;

7.1.11.ushbu Shartnomaning amal qilish muddatida Shartnomaga ko‘ra mehnat vazifalari va majburiyatlarini bajarish uchun o‘quvchilardan va uchinchi shaxslardan ularning qiymatidan qat’i nazar, sovg‘alar yoki mukofotlarni qabul qilmaslik;

7.1.12.not to disclose any internal information of the Employer without authorization to do so;

7.1.12.Ish beruvchining har qanday ichki ma’lumotlarini ruxsatsiz oshkor etmaslik;

7.1.13.not to take alcoholic, psychotropic, narcotic drugs and not to smoke on the territory of the Employer, not to be at work in the state of narcotic, psychotropic and alcoholic intoxication;

7.1.13.Ish beruvchi hududida spirtli ichimliklar, psixotrop, narkotik vositalarni iste’mol qilmaslik va chekmaslik, narkotik, psixotrop va spirtli ichimliklardan zaharlanish holatida ishga kelmaslik;

7.1.14.in case of on campus accommodation to keep the room clean and neat, to do daily cleaning work in the room, to allow regular sanitary check by the administration of the Employer upon prior notice;

7.1.14. Ish beruvchi hududida yashash joyi ta’minlanganda, o‘z xonalarini toza va ozoda tutish, xonada har kungi tozalash ishlarini olib borish. Ish beruvchi ma’muriyatiga oldindan ogohlantirib doimiy ravishda sanitar nazorat qilinishiga ruxsat berish;

7.1.15.Promptly ( within two days) notify the Employer about changes of bank details and other personal information;

7.1.15.bank hisob raqami va boshqa shaxsiy ma’lumotlarda o‘zgarish haqida darhol (ikki ish kuni ichida) ma’lumot berish;

7.1.16.notify the Employer in written form of the intention to terminate this Contract on his/her own initiative two weeks before the date of termination at the address of the Employer indicated in this Contract.

7.1.16.Ish beruvchining ushbu Shartnomada ko‘rsatilgan manzili orqali o‘z tashabbusi bilan ushbu Shartnomani bekor qilish haqida bekor qilish kunidan ikki hafta oldin Ish beruvchiga yozma ravishda xabar berish.
