7.2. The Employee is entitled:

Xodimning huquqlari:

to claim the Employer for timely and complete payment of remuneration;
|
Ish beruvchidan ish haqini to‘liq va o‘z vaqtida talab qilish;
|
to claim the Employer for provision of the satisfactory work conditions;
|
Ish beruvchidan qoniqarli mehnat sharoitlarini ta’minlashni talab qilish;
|
to use given to him/her property of the Employer for execution of his/her labor functions;
|
Ish beruvchining o‘z mehnat vazifalarini bajarishi uchun taqdim etgan mol-mulkidan foydalanish;

The Employer is obliged:

to maintain legislation and other statutory legal acts, and provisions of this Contract;
|
Ushbu Shartnomaning qoidalari, qonunlar va boshqa normativ-huquqiy hujjatlarga rioya qilish;
|
to familiarize the Employee with Regulations for Foreign Personnel and local acts of Employer before execution of this Contract by the two Parties;
|
Taraflar Ushbu Shartnomani imzolashlaridan oldin Xodimni Chet ellik xodimlar uchun qoidalar va ichki hujjatlar bilan tanishtirish;
|
to ensure satisfactory work conditions and necessary equipment to perform labor duties;
|
mehnat vazifalarini bajarish uchun qoniqarli mehnat sharoitlari va kerakli jihozlarni ta’minlash;
|
to pay in full the remuneration due to Employee in the terms established by the local acts of the Employer and this Contract;
|
Ish beruvchining ichki hujjatlari va ushbu Shartnoma shartlariga ko‘ra Xodimga tegishli ish haqini to‘liq miqdorda to‘lash;
