The Employer is entitled:

Ish beruvchi quyidagi huquqlarga ega:
|
to encourage the Employee for functional progress and bona fide effective job;
|
ishdagi yutuqlar va vijdonan samarali ish uchun Xodimni rag‘batlantirish;
|
to apply to the Employee the measures of discipline penalty in the order, envisaged in acting legislation, Regulations for Foreign Personnel, local acts and this Contract, in the case of his/her violation of labor discipline.

mehnat intizomini buzganligi uchun amaldagi qonun hujjatlari, Chet ellik xodimlar uchun tashqi va ichki tartib-qoidalarga asosan va ushbu Shartnomada nazarda tutilgan tartibda Xodimga intizomiy jazo choralarini qo‘llash;

8.2.3. Falsification of any document by the employee, immediate termination of the Agreement with him without any payment;
|
Xodim tarafdan har qanday hujjatni sohtalashtirilishi u bilan hech qanday to‘lovsiz Shartnomani darhol bekor qilish;

9. Performance Evaluation
|
9. Ish samaradorligini baholash
|
6.1. 9.1. Services/works provided by the Employee shall be evaluated twice per year as established by the Employer, allowing Employee to have opportunities to improve his/her performance.
6.2. 9.2. Overall performance of the Employee shall be evaluated by the third party (Agency) every year encompassing all areas of Employee’s duties. It is Employee’s benefit to make adequate efforts to improve his/her performance in case if he/she receives a relatively poor report on performance
9.3. Performance is evaluated through:
a) Students feedback forms (at least 70% of positive feedback);
b) Academic results of Students on Employee’s subject (if applicable);
c) written opinion of the Director/Director of Academics encompassing all areas of Employee’s performance.
9.4. Employee shall be immediately informed on his/her performance evaluation results and shall be given at least two weeks’ period to improve his/her performance if needed.
9.5. Employer and its representatives is entitled to check the performance of the Employee (e.g. attend the classes) any time during the working hours of the Employee.

6.1. 9.1. Xodim ko‘rsatgan xizmatlar/ishlar Ish beruvchi tomonidan belgilangan tartibda bir yilda ikki marta baholanadi va Xodimga o‘z ishining samaradorligini oshirish uchun imkoniyat beriladi.
6.2. 9.2. Xodimning umumiy ish samaradorligi uning ish vazifalarini har tomonlama hisobga olgan holda har yili baholanadi. Ishga nisbatan past baholangan holda o‘z ishining samaradorligini oshirish uchun kerakli chora ko‘rish Xodimning o‘z manfaatidadir.
9.3. Ish samaradorligi quyidagilar bilan belgilanadi:
a) O‘quvchilarning fikri (kamida 70% ijobiy fikr);
b) Xodimning o‘quvchilar fanidan o‘quv natijalari (agar mavjud bo‘lsa);
c) Direktor/yoki Akademik direktorning yozma ravishda Xodimning faoliyati haqida har tomonlama fikri;
9.4. Ish samaradorligini baholash natijalari haqida Xodimga darhol habar beriladi va kerak bo‘lgan holda o‘z samaradorligini oshirishi uchun kamida ikki hafta muddat beriladi.
9.5. Ish beruvchi va uning vakillari Xodimning ish vaqtida istalgan vaqtda uning ishini tekshirishi mumkin (masalan, darslariga kirishi).
