5.1.3. Preparing formed trains for departure.
5.1.3.1. Before the trains of their formation depart from the station, the following operations are carried out: technical inspection and ongoing uncoupling repair of cars, delivery of documents to the locomotive crew, coupling of the train locomotive and testing of auto brakes.
5.1.3.2. The station duty officer notifies VET workers about the upcoming relocation of the train to the departure park, indicating the route to which the train is being moved. After moving to the departure park, the station duty officer presents the train to the technical maintenance operator for maintenance, indicating the track number, the number of cars in the train, the numbers of the head and tail cars and the time of departure of the train. The procedure for securing trains is established by the TPA station.
5.1.3.3. The maintenance department workers, having protected the train presented for servicing with signals, carry out technical inspection and repair of the cars. Technical inspection and repair of cars is carried out simultaneously by several groups of workers included in the team. The number of brigades and groups is established with the technological process of the PTO operation. After completing the maintenance of the train, the fencing signals are removed, the technical maintenance operator notifies the station duty officer, and the senior inspector of the dispatch fleet duty officer about the technical readiness of the train, followed by an entry in the book f. 5.1.3.5. Before the departure of the train, the operator at the station duty officer transmits to the train dispatcher the number and index of the train, the weight and number of cars in the train, the presence of cars with discharge, oversized cargo and other data provided for by the road instructions for information, and also enters information about the departure of the train to the computer by message 200, no later than 10 minutes. after the train departs.
