Organization of commercial inspection of trains



5.2.1. Organization of commercial inspection upon train arrival.
5.2.1.1. Upon the train's arrival at the station, the station duty officer at the reception park, after fencing the train, presents it for commercial inspection to the train receptionists.
5.2.1.2. Train receivers, together with VOKhR employees, inspect the train from a commercial point of view. The upper part of the cars is inspected after the cars are removed from under the contact network.
5.2.1.3. If a commercial defect is detected, the train receiver informs the duty officer at the station of the reception park, at the police department, takes measures to eliminate the defect, draws up a general report and sends telegrams to the appropriate addresses.
5.2.1.4. The route sheet of the VOKhR employee handing over the cars is signed by the train receiver about the acceptance of the cars after a commercial inspection and the elimination of identified commercial defects, as well as the execution of the relevant documents (general form report and telegram), as well as a mark of inspection of the upper part of the car.


5.2.2. Organization of commercial inspection of formed trains.
5.2.2.1. Train sets ready for departure are presented by the hump duty officer to train receivers after fencing the formed train along the marshalling yard track.
5.2.2.2. The station duty officer informs the technical maintenance operator about the finished trains in the marshalling yard, handed over through MGSP for inspection of the technical condition of the upper part of the cars.
5.2.2.3. If a technical malfunction is detected in the upper part of the cars, the technical maintenance department employee submits a request to the station duty officer to uncouple the faulty car.
5.2.2.4. Train receivers, together with VOKhR employees, carry out a commercial inspection of the train.
5.2.2.5. The train receivers report any detected malfunctions in commercial terms to the duty officer at the marshalling yard; the police department takes measures to eliminate the defects and draws up a general report.
5.2.2.6. After eliminating commercial faults, the train receiver hands over the wagons with valuable cargo on the tracks of the marshalling yard under guard, which is recorded in the book for handing over the wagons under guard f. XU-5.
