5.3. Technology for working with wagons that are technically and commercially faulty


5.3.1. Technology of working with cars presented for routine and depot repairs, the procedure for their accounting.
5.3.1.1. The accumulation of faulty cars is carried out on a dedicated track of the sorting yard. Current uncoupling repairs of cars are carried out on special designated tracks 5 and 6 of the container site of OJSC Uzzheldorcontainer.
5.3.1.2. Faulty wagons are identified during a technical inspection by wagon workers with immediate issuance of notifications f. VU-23 for car repairs, regardless of the need for car cleaning, disinfection, washing, steaming, neutralization, as well as reloading or unloading of cargo. For uncoupled faulty empty cars in notifications f. VU-23 is marked “Empty”.
5.3.1.3. In the event of uncoupling of a car following a group document, the STC operator upon arrival draws up a report of the general form GU-23 in three copies, one of which remains in the STC, the second is sent to the freight office for drawing up a pre-shipment document, the third is sent to the STC operator upon departure along with documents.
In the group consignment note, a note is made about the reason for the uncoupling, the number of cars uncoupled, the data is certified with a station stamp. If documents for faulty cars are in the package, then it is sent to the goods office.
5.3.1.4. In case of damage to cars during shunting work or dismantling from the hump, the technical department issues a notice f. VU-23, which indicates what repairs the car requires and draws up a technical report on damage to the car f. VU-25. The notification and the act are presented for signature by the DSPG, who, having indicated the time of delivery of the notification, returns one copy to the VET employee, and sends the other to the STC. The STC dispatch operator inserts a notice of form VU-23 into the document and sends it to the STC operator for wagon registration. The report in form VU-25 is submitted to the station management.
5.3.1.5. For repaired cars, a notification form VU-36 is drawn up. One copy remains with the VET foreman, the other, along with the order for the brood, is handed over to the dispatcher for placement, who puts down the station markings and the weight of the cargo in the order. Guided by the marked order, the compiler produces a withdrawal of wagons.
5.3.1.6. At least twice a month, the head of the STC, together with the head of the carriage depot (WTO), organizes a full-scale census of faulty cars located on the station tracks and brings them into compliance with accounting data.
