8.2. Technology for working in non-public areas
8.2.1. The accumulation of cars for access tracks is carried out on the 33rd or 35th track of the station's marshalling yard; the selection of cars along the fronts is carried out by a shunting locomotive on the tracks of the exchange yard.
8.2.2. Receivers work along the access roads in shifts. During the shift, the receiver monitors the progress of cargo work at the station, receives notifications from consignees and consignors, visually checks the cars, where he checks the complete unloading, cleaning of the car and removal of details from the car, as well as the safety of the car after unloading, reporting on 4-hour periods DSC or DSPG on the progress of cargo operations, commercially inspects loaded wagons withdrawn from access tracks, draws up station work, drawing up a work book and transmits information about cargo work to the road management department, draws up reports, registers them in the Book of Submission of Reports to the Actual Search Group, carries out acceptance of cargo on open rolling stock, ensures acceptance of cargo for departure, commercial inspection of wagons, etc.
8.2.3. Cargo operations on access roads are carried out by the forces and means of shippers.

8.3. Acceptance of goods for transportation
8.3.1. The receiver submits a request to the shunting dispatcher for the supply of cars.
8.3.2. The shunting dispatcher, after inspecting the car technically and recording in the book VU-14 about the suitability of the car for loading, having agreed with the station duty officer on the shunting work, gives the task to the train compiler to deliver the cars for loading onto the access tracks.
8.3.3. After determining the ownership of cars by codes, excluding 200, 700, 329, 129, 829, 529, with these codes, the cargo acceptance and delivery person, according to the assignment, delivers cars suitable for loading, participates in acceptance and delivery operations, and opens the acceptance notice.
8.3.4. After loading the wagons and issuing transportation documents, the shipper gives written notice of the completion of cargo operations.
8.3.5. The cargo acceptor checks the correct loading and securing of cargo, the serviceability of the body, the presence and compliance of shipping documents with seals in accordance with the Railway Charter. of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Rules for the transportation of goods and Technical conditions for loading and securing cargo.
8.3.6. After loading is completed, the cargo acceptance person draws up a wagon list and draws up a memo for the acceptance person.
8.3.7. After loading is completed in accordance with the transportation plan, the shipper fills out the SMGS consignment note (for domestic transportation of the consignment note) and carries out the customs procedure after affixing the customs stamp “UK CHIKARISHGA RUHSAT BERILDI”, the calendar stamp of the loading station is affixed, the cargo is accepted for transportation.
8.3.8. Next, the documents are handed over to the technical office against signature in the document delivery book.
8.3.9. The receiver keeps records of loaded cars by type of rolling stock to compile information about cargo work.
8.3.10. After receiving notification of the completion of loading, the receiver notifies the shunting dispatcher, who notes this in the work schedule.
