8. Organization of cargo and commercial work
8.1. General provisions 8.1.1. Freight work at the station is carried out around the clock on public and non-public tracks. Public tracks include: the freight yard of OJSC Uzzheldorcontainer, where operations with wagon and container shipments are carried out. Non-public roads include: access roads owned by veterinarians. owners. 8.1.2. The management of cargo work along the station access roads is carried out by the deputy head of the station for cargo and commercial work. The work of the cargo yard is carried out by OJSC "Uzzheldorcontainer" as the head of the cargo yard, and the direct management of cargo operations at each site is carried out by cargo acceptors working according to approved lists. 8.1.3. The legal basis for the freight and commercial work of the station is the Railway Charter, the Rules for the Transportation of Goods, the Agreement on International Freight Traffic and the Technical Conditions for Loading and Securing Goods. 8.1.4. The station's relationships with consignees and shippers on access roads are regulated by contracts. 8.1.5. The station performs the following cargo and commercial operations: - acceptance for transportation and delivery of wagon shipments and heavy containers; - preparation of transportation documents; - supply and cleaning of cars onto access roads and the cargo yard, placement along loading and unloading fronts, where stipulated by contracts. 8.1.6. To carry out the assigned tasks, the station has public and non-public tracks, commodity ticket offices at the station and at the cargo yard of Uzzheldorcontainer OJSC, and an act-search group. 8.1.7. In order to provide timely and high-quality service to clients and perform loading and unloading operations, the following requirements are imposed on each acceptance and delivery person: - ensure complete technical inspection before loading the car; - ensure the performance of cargo operations in full compliance with the Railway Charter and the Rules for the Transportation of Cargoes, Technical Conditions for Loading and Securing Cargo, taking all measures to make the best use of the carrying capacity and capacity of the wagons; - take measures to fulfill the deadlines for loading and unloading operations provided for by the Rules for the carriage of goods and contractual terms; - ensure the safety of transported goods and rolling stock; - observe fire safety measures during cargo operations with flammable and discharge cargo; - ensure compliance with the Safety Rules during cargo operations with flammable and discharge cargo; - ensure compliance with the Safety Rules; do not remove cars from critical downtime that have not been cleaned after unloading or are missing clearance.
