4.1.1. The station's operating technology is based on the dispatch control method. The shunting dispatcher (DSC) carries out operational management of the processing of trains and compositions in the station parks, shunting work on the disbandment of trains, cleaning and supply of cars to cargo fronts, points of repair and preparation of cars for loading.
4.1.2. Based on records of the presence and location of cars on marshalling tracks, loading and unloading fronts and access roads of enterprises, information on the approach and deployment of trains according to the assignments of the formation plan, the shunting dispatcher establishes the order of disbandment of arriving trains.
4.1.3. In order to make the most rational use of the track development of the marshalling yard and to prevent possible delays in the dissolution of trains due to insufficient capacity of specialized tracks, in the event of uneven arrival of car traffic and the removal from the station of trains of individual purposes, the shunting dispatcher instructs the hump duty officer to use a sliding specialization of the marshalling yard tracks .
4.1.4. By the end of duty, the shunting dispatcher must create the necessary conditions for normal operation for the incoming shift, including:
- ensure the availability of free trains for unhindered reception;
- prepare trains for dissolution;
- prepare the marshalling yard tracks for the dismantling of regular trains;
- prepare trains for departure at the beginning of the next shift;
- supply local cars to all freight fronts;
- clean local cars from all cargo fronts
4.1.5. The shunting dispatcher's workplace is located in the MRC building on the 3rd floor next to the station duty officers, equipped with: telephone communication, direct telephone communication with the hump duty officer, the senior STC operator, radio communication with the shunting locomotive driver, park warning communication, as well as with the station duty officers. parks.
