3.5. Train arrival information
3.5.1. 1.5 - 2 hours before the start of the planned period, the train dispatcher transmits the order of the Train Approach Plan to the station indicating the train number, train index, conditional length, time of expected arrival.
3.5.2. Accurate information about the approach of trains to the station comes in the form of certificates (57, 92, 95) from TsSIVT, as well as in the form of TGNL in the STC, a dispatch order to the operator at the DSP. The information contains data on trains and wagons, indicating the number, train index, its destination, total number of wagons, weight, estimated time of arrival at the station.
3.5.3. In the event that, en route from the information transmission station, the numbering of the train or its composition has changed (as a result of uncoupling or attaching cars), as well as when receiving information about the presence of cars in the train with technical or commercial faults that require elimination, the train dispatcher reports about this station, indicating the number and index of the train, changes that have occurred in the composition, the nature of the malfunction and the location of such cars in the train.
3.5.4. In TsSIVT, at information transmission stations, in the STC station, as well as in the RZHU of the road, constant operational monitoring and analysis of the state of complex information about the approach of trains and cargo is carried out, violations in the transmission of information, their causes are established, and the necessary measures are taken to eliminate them .



    1. Ensuring interaction at work

3.6.1. The most important condition for the unimpeded passage of car traffic through sections and its timely processing at the station is to ensure their interaction in work through the implementation of regulatory measures for the receipt and departure of trains, redistribution of load between shunting areas, parks and intensification of processes at them.
3.6.2. The effectiveness of regulatory measures depends on the rational use of station technical equipment and, first of all, track development and sorting devices. The most effective measures are:
- accelerating the processing of trains, determining the rational order of their dissolution, taking into account the completion of the accumulation of trains in different bundles of the sorting fleet, and maximizing the reduction of interoperational breaks;
- quickest release of tracks for receiving trains by connecting short trains on one track;
- exemption of the hump from the processing of local cars, cars from repair, etc.;
- exemption of hump locomotives from carrying out operations to unload cars due to the maximum use of locomotives operating on exhaust tracks to pull up cars in the depths of the marshalling yard;
- distribution of shunting means with the allocation of an additional locomotive for work on the hump;
- advance preparation of dispatch depot tracks for rearranging trains accumulated in the sorting depot.
3.6.3. To reduce the time spent at the station for cars that require accelerated delivery to their destination, a priority regime for their processing can be applied, providing for priority servicing, dissolution, formation, and departure of trains containing such cars, as well as (prior to the upcoming arrival of these trains at the station) accumulation groups of cars for associated purposes, corresponding to the train formation plan for a given station, in such a way that the arriving express delivery cars complete the accumulation of the train.
